Aimee is a graduate of the Finger Lakes School of Massage and has received over 1,000 hours of training in Therapeutic Massage and Hydration. She received her National Certificated from the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork in 2012. Aimee has dedicated herself to learning Swedish, Deep tissue, Thai Massage, Shiatsu, Connective Tissue Therapy, Neuromuscular therapy and Sports Massage. Before pursuing a career in Massage Therapy Aimee studied at the Jefferson Community College  majoring in Math and Science with a focus in Emergency Medical first Response.

It is Aimee's philosophy to build a safe and professional practice. She carries liability insurance and  is actively involved in continuing education courses. In 2017 Aimee traveled to Costa Rica to learn Thai Massage and Shiatsu.
